About this event

Having a GitHub Profile is a great way to showcase your skills as a Developer. Many Internship/Co-op roles ask for your GitHub profile to gauge your experience by going through your projects. This workshop will guide you on how to build an attractive GitHub profile with all of the necessities.

We will go through:

  • The basics of setting up a GitHub profile and why it’s important
  • How to showcase your work through open source and personal projects
  • Set up a beautiful GitHub profile README
  • Set up a basic GitHub portfolio page
