University of Birmingham
Mon, Mar 1, 6:00 PM (GMT)

About this event

DSC University of Birmingham is happy to announce the second installment of its new workshop series - "Python Basics 101". The series is run in collaboration with the Women in Science and Engineering society at the university and is dedicated to anyone interested in learning the basics of Python programming.

This time we will cover a wide *array* of topics (pardon the pun), including lists, strings, and loops, and touch on topics such as dictionaries!

These are critical topics for developing a fundamental understanding of Python, as well as programming in general, so you're bound to learn something new and exciting!

Events will be held once fortnightly, generally every other Thursday! It’s recommended that you attend each session to gain a solid understanding of the language.
