About Leah Kim Brighton

With a passion for building exceptional teams, Leah Kim Brighton hires talent for some of the world’s best companies. She specializes in high growth tech companies, and serves as the people strategist in order to attract and retain key individuals across the team.

Using her strategic perspective combined with her strong industry knowledge, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, she empowers companies to build and implement talent strategies that meet their growth needs.

Leah is currently the Principal of Mirae Talent & Executive Search, and she collaborates with technology companies as they scale their teams.

Currently Leah also serves as the Talent Advisor to MT>Ventures, McCarthy Tétrault’s start-up division. She comes with a diverse background with a masters in speech-language pathology (SLP), and is also an Advisor to the Minister’s Advisory Council on Special Education, Ontario, specifically for SLP services.
